I was born in the good old Bronx, and along with my parents, Mike & Marie and my older sister Joanne, we
moved to New City. I attended Clarkstown schools and graduated from Clarkstown South (GO VIKINGS!)
After majoring in marketing and advertising in college, I went into the construction industry. For 16 years I was an
Operating Engineer, working for major companies such as Kiska, HRH, Shavione, Perini, Iron Bridge, Koch,
Herbert & Lehr/McGovern. I was responsible for working the New York City Water tunnels, high-rise buildings as
well as installing the large glass panels on the Jacob Javit’s Center with a 40 ton Grove Crane. When I was married
with two children, I decided to utilize my marketing skills. I started my real estate career by joining Weichert
Realtors, and quickly became a top producer for the Nanuet office. I was then recruited by Re/Max ( a privilege
only few agents are offered) and was also a top producer with them for 4 years. In 1998 I took the biggest step to
the enhance the services I provide and became affiliated with I.B.N.A (Independent Brokers Network of
America) As the Broker/Owner of my own office for the last 14 years, I am networked with over 2000 agents
along with a referral network throughout the United States. I have been fortunate to build the amazing team I have
and to grow the Real Estate Group to where it is today. My wife Theresa and I have been married for 22 years and
have three children. I met Teri in high school and we dated for quite a while through-out college. She is not
only a wonderful mother, but she is my best friend and although we are married for a short time in our lives, like
most couples we have had our share of good times and bad. With trust, respect and a good sense of humor, we
have been fortunate to have a wonderful life together. I am very lucky to have her on my side.
My “baby girl” Jacqueline is 21 (where did the time go?)! My first child who always melts my heart, is funny,
talented and down to earth just to mention some of her many wonderful qualities. Made from the same mold as me,
it’s funny how much we think alike and say the same thing at the same time.
Michael, 18 is graduating North Rockland High this year. Mike is a great kid, very considerate and caring with a sense of humor that kills me. A
natural at every sport, a black belt in karate and loves hockey and quad riding. Last, but not least, there’s ...Madeline. Maddie is 11 years old and although my wife and I waited
several years for our last child, we feel we planned it just right. It's like getting a whole new chance to be a parent
again. We don’t worry about the small things like we did with Jack & Mikey. She gets an abundance of love and is
adored by her older brother and sister. (Ok.. they all fight like cats and dogs...) She is a blast to have around and
probably the strongest minded child we have. She does the funniest things and is always laughing, singing or dancing.
(my wife's trait) She is such a joy and we are blessed and thankful to have her.
Ohh.. and then there’s Owen, our 13 year old Westhighlander Terrier, named that because I feel like I’m always
“Owing” money and Bella, our Maltese which we can't keep in the fenced back rear yard, no matter what we do!
They are great pups that took us a little longer to house breaking than I would of liked, but at this time pretty much
completes our little family.
